I have worked with Sam for almost 18 months. As a busy professional I lack time to exercise and sometimes motivation. Sam’s weekly PT sessions and training plans provide me with both structure and discipline and have not only helped me to get both fitter and stronger, but also provided me with the knowledge to confidently train alone and know what I am doing and why I am doing it. This has supported my goals to ride my road bike faster and longer and remain in shape fighting the aging process.
